1. Who we are

This store is operated by Northbay Goods, based in Hoover, Alabama, United States. "We", "us" and "our" mean Northbay Goods. "You" means the person using this site. By browsing or buying, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Products, prices and descriptions

We work hard to describe our products accurately. Colors can vary between screens, and specifications can change when a supplier updates a product. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. If we list something at an obviously wrong price or with an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Product disclaimers

Our products are consumer goods for general household and personal use. They are not medical devices. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and none of our statements have been evaluated by the FDA. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Talk to a doctor before using any wellness product if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or are under a doctor's care.

Follow the instructions that come with each product. Heated products, powered products and anything used near water carry the normal risks of that kind of product, and you use them at your own risk.

6. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order - including after you receive a confirmation - if we suspect fraud, a pricing error, or a reseller buying for resale. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

7. Payment

Payment is processed by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you enter.

8. Shipping and risk of loss

See our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package, but see our Shipping Policy for how we handle lost and stolen packages - in practice we help you sort it out.

10. Our content

Everything on this site - text, images, layout, logo - belongs to us or is used with permission. Do not copy it for commercial use without asking.

11. Things you may not do

Do not use this site to break the law, scrape it with automated tools, try to break its security, upload malicious code, or harass anyone.

12. Third-party links

We sometimes link elsewhere. We are not responsible for other sites' content or policies.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

14. Indemnity

You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of this site or your violation of these terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
